Ole Bacon

My inspiration for this piece was my grandmother that has passed she loves pigs and so do I.
I started off sketching my pig out on the canvas then painted my back ground grey. Then I started painting my pig pink then l added his black dots and short strokes to make it look like he was furry with white paint. I also used different color pinks.

Mandala

My inspiration to do this was the problems I have had in my life have always come out positive.
Mandala means universe and l did a dark colors in the back ground to represent negative and the mandala is white to show positive. you will always find positive in something negative.
Working Rabbit

My inspiration for this piece would be that l love Loony toons and l based this off of that.
My process I went through to create this was l sketched it out then l shaded everything to make it look 3D.
Rainbow Ice Cream

My inspiration for this piece was my love for ice cream. Ice cream is my favorite snack specially in the summer time.
I started off sketching and trying to figure out how to make it look realistic. Then I sketched it onto my paper and then colored it in oil pastels. After I was done with the ice cream I started to color a dark back ground with the pastels.
Stop Drug Trafficking

My inspiration for this piece was my art teacher Mrs. McIver. I struggled with this assignment and she come up with the idea.
I started off with sketches then I used water paint for the back ground and the road. Then I took acrylic paint and painted the drugs and over the stop sign. After this I needed a quote to fill in negative space on my paper, so I did a quote in pen and ink that came from one of my fellow class mates.
Sunset

My inspiration for this piece was my grandpa because our favorite place is the beach and every time we go down to the beach we watch the sunset.
I started with a back ground and worked different sunset colors into the sun and put them on the water as well. Then I painted pampas grass on the sides and on the bottom of my paper.
Cupcake

My inspiration for this piece is my love for cupcakes. My mema makes me cupcakes every year for my birthday. I would rather have cupcakes over a cake any day.
I started off sketching the cupcake on my paper then I outlined it with pen and ink. Then I added lines from thick to thin to make it look 3D.
